Federal Medical Services, Inc. wins the opportunity to support EmeSec Incorporated under the $1.5 Billion Department of Homeland Security PACTS program.
After extensive competition, 27 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) teams were selected by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in a competitive procurement set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The new program titled PACTS is a DHS department-wide Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Program Management, Administrative, Clerical, and Technical Services with a ceiling of $1.5 Billion. The functional categories identified as potential contractual work areas within PACTS are FC-1 Program Management, FC-2 Administrative, FC-3 Clerical and FC-4 Technical services.
DHS has selected EmeSec Incorporated in FC-4 to compete for Technical services work in support of DHS. Federal Medical Services Inc.'s team has been awarded a sub-contractor support role in this endeavor. The services provided under PACTS will support DHS on a worldwide basis.
Fed-Med will be working in conjunction with the Prime competing for task orders issued under FC-4 with the other FC-4 PACTS awardees.
The Prime Contractor is Virginia-based EmeSec Incorporated EmeSec is a Woman Owned, 8(a), SDVOSB that focuses on Information Assurance, Engineering, Structures, Continuity of Operations, Emergency Preparedness, Technical Assessments, Technical Feasibility Studies, as well as System Design, Structuring and Installation.
Fed-Med is a SDVOSB founded in 2003 and based in Texas. Fed-Med provides Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Information Systems, and Homeland Security services to public sector clients throughout the Continental United States (CONUS).
Teaming partners for this award include the Prime Contractor EmeSec Incorporated, Fed-Med, Craig Technologies, EPS, KT Consulting, Triple I, Mindbank, List Inc., SBSI, and Key Logic Comsys.
